We literally make these drinks then infuse them into the Ganache centers of the chocolates.

This line is based on 75% Ecuadorian single origin dark chocolate.  Inspired by the health benefits of dark chocolate and its high antioxidant value, we’ve developed a line of chocolates that are as decadent as they are healthy.  You can have your chocolate and eat it too.

This is it.  This chocolate chip cookie is loaded with pecans and real chocolate chips.  The layers of texture and flavors are a real treat.  The cookie just separates into little explosions of richness.  Then melts the rich dark chocolate chips in your mouth.  Just when you think, “That cookie was amazing”, you have the nutty sweetness of pecans to savor.

Spritz is very similar to the old Italian butter cookie. This is a cookie that first is made with 100% real butter. Hand mixing gives this confection a tender texture. The raspberry filling is obvious. The surprise comes from the lemon zest generously sprinkled through out each cookie.

The name does no justice to these Deep Dark Chocolate delights. This cookie is made with deep dark cocoa powder and 76% dark chocolate tripled off with deep chunks of dark chocolate. Each layer of chocolate melts in your mouth, taking you deeper and deeper into to that place where only serious chocolate lovers dare to go.

This rich, dark chocolate upon layers of dark chocolate cake is designed for those that are serious about their chocolate. If that’s you check this out. We start off with a thin layer of chocolate of chocolate short dough. This is covered with a thin layer of chocolate ganache flavored with Chambord. The next layer is a thin layer of chocolate cake soaked in Chambord simple syrup, then a layer of chocolate mousse, followed by another layer of chocolate cake and finally topped with another layer of chocolate mousse. We then pour a thin layer of dark chocolate ganache over the cake. Finally it is decorated with chocolate plaquettes and chocolate curls.

The Mudslide is the first of our line of Adult Cakes. Inspired by the drink “The Mudslide” which has Vodka, Baileys and Kahlua, this Adult Cake was born.

• The bottom layer is Rice Krispies, Milk Chocolate and Pralinosa (Hazelnut Paste and Chocolate) spread into a thin layer

• The next layer is a white chocolate ganache with Baileys’

• The third layer is a thin layer of chocolate cake infused with Kahlua

• Next we have a layer of smooth chocolate mousse flavored with coffee
  The top layer is Chantilly Cream brought to life with the finest Vodka

For the most appropriate presentation, The Mudslide is wrapped in a marbled chocolate band.

The chocolate truffle cup cakes are a fun way to enjoy one of our sweet favorites. This is a rich, moist, chocolate cupcake with a surprise in the middle; a flavored truffle filling. The cupcake is crowned with a silky Italian merique butter cream. The butter cream crown is covered with white and dark chocolate curls. Some of the favorite flavors are raspberry, chocolate, lemon, cherry and orange.

This one was inspired by my grandmother. My grandmother made the best, most moist chocolate cake in the world. We couldn’t make it better, but I think we’re close. Of course we start off with a moist dark chocolate cake. The cakes are sliced into very thin layers and soaked in Godiva Chocolate Liquor. These layers are held together, inside and out with a smooth, silky Italian Merinque Buttercream, chocolate of course. The cake is decorated with a pattern that gives it that old fashion look and a mound of dark chocolate curls
