    DESSERT SPECIALISTS SHIPPING POLICY

    It is our goal to insure our products reach you as quickly as possible and in optimum condition. To insure the above we personally inspect all products before shipping. Secondly, we use state of the art packaging to protect our products during shipping.

    To insure customer satisfaction we require accurate mailing information to include;
    • Street address with house/apartment number
    • Name of street
    • City
    • State
    • Zip Code
    • Full Name of customer
    We do not ship to P.O. box. Whenever possible, we request someone is available to receive product.

    We always recommend next day shipping. In order to get orders out for next day delivery we must receive orders no later than 2p.m. eastern standard time Monday thru Friday.

    In the event product arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We cannot refund shipping cost. Products must be returned in order to receive a refund.

    Dessert Specialists is not responsible for shipping delays due to accurances beyond our control.

    Further, we cannot be responsible for product damage due to weather or product not properly handled by shipping companies.
