We are equally committed to the artisan techniques of our craft. All of our chocolates are hand made.  We don’t maintain a large inventory of product and we customize our products just for you. We may never be the biggest specialty dessert company, but we will always be the best.

We are in love with the process of creating fine pastry. We put our experience exceeding ten years of teaching at the esteemed Johnson & Wales University, two National Bread and Pastry Championships and various appearances on The Food Network into everything we do. Our passion lies in doing things right. When every step in the process is done with perfection, the cumulative result is a delight to behold and pure epicurean ecstasy.
